WORLD CUP PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The World Cup tickets offer runs from 1st January 2010 until 31st March 2010 2. Every individual Image Source branded product purchased via <insert your website here> during the promotional period will count as one entry into the worldwide Prize Draw 3. At the end of the promotional period, one winner will be drawn at random from the entire combined database of all Image Source Distribution Partners worldwide sales during this period. Where an individual can be specifically identified from the winning entry (even where the entity purchasing the product is a corporation), that individual shall be the winner. Where no individual can be so identified, the winner shall be the corporation paying for the product accompanying the winning entry and in such circumstances it shall be the corporation’s responsibility to identify the individual who shall be awarded and take the benefit of the prize. That chosen individual must accept the prize in accordance with clause 6. 4. The Prize Draw will take place on Friday 19th April 2010 6. The selected winner will receive the prize consisting of: A set of two tickets (ie for the winner plus one companion of their choice) to a guaranteed Category 1 Round 16 match (Match 56) plus a guaranteed Category 1 Quarter Finals match (Match 59) at the Cape Town Green Point Stadium. Date of outbound travel from London to Cape Town is fixed as 27th June, returning 5th July and is non-changeable. The winner must ensure that he or she allows adequate time to arrive in London to board the connecting flight to Cape Town. 9.
